Using our website

When you purchased your membership with TNA Australia you would have created an account for the website.

ON A DESKTOP COMPUTER
The My Account links are located in the header of the website on the right hand side and in the footer in the right hand column.

ON A MOBILE DEVICE
Find the “My Account” links in the main dropdown menu.

After logging in, links to members only content will become visible to you.

FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?
Your password would have been set when your account was created – it would be a complex combination of letters, numbers and symbols.

  1. If you have lost track of your password, you can rest your password using the “Lost your password?” link on the “My Account” screen.
  2. In the instance that your credentials are saved on the device you are login in with – but you’ve forgotten them and would like to change your password, you can do so via the “Account Details” tab on your “My Account” dashboard.
  3. If you are having difficulty resetting your password, contact us, we can reset your password on your behalf.

You can reset your password to anything you like – TNA Australia suggest a complex password or phrase to protect your personal information.

DON’T KNOW YOUR USERNAME?

  1. If you let the TNA Australia website generate your username, it will be a combination of your first and last name.
  2. Should you not be able to remember your username, you can use the email address you used when subscribing to a membership package.

STILL EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS?

  1. You may not have entered your email address correctly when you created your account. Contact us, we can search our membership database for you and update any incorrect email addresses
  2. You may not have purchased a current membership plan. To purchase, please go to our memberships page and add a package to your cart.

Memberships with TNA Australia are annual.

Membership packages with TNA Australia will last 365 days from the time of purchase. Members will receive a reminder message a few days out from the expiry of their membership with instructions on how to purchase a new package.

Our mission is to raise awareness of the disorder fund research and provide opportunity to push for better support. We also have links with other organisations around the world, so working together we can achieve better outcomes.

We encourage you to tell your story about your TN experience. The disorder effects individuals very differently which also makes the diagnosis journey very difficult. By gathering together anecdotal stories from our members we to gain support and knowledge. We can use the stories to better promote awareness and treatment. You do not have to provide personal details if you do not wish to.
